Before service commencement
Where a booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before scheduled start, paid onboarding fees may be reversed in full.
After work has started
Where drafting has commenced, charges may apply for work already completed and documented.
Revision route
If initial delivery differs from agreed scope, one structured revision stage is available before final closure.
Digital service note
Completed consultation sessions and finalised digital materials are generally non-returnable due to service nature.
Consumer rights
This policy operates alongside statutory rights under UK consumer legislation, including Consumer Rights Act 2015 principles where relevant.
